Case opened against this institution and reported to national driving school board. We requested refund after first double lesson because instructor was on his cellphone watching videos throughout lesson. We complained but after much debate, being laughed at and calls dropped and put from one person to another, and the promise of a better experience, we then were told give them a chance at a new instructor. We agreed but then told we must pay for pickup R150 a time even though we reside in Randburg - the website and terms stipulated included within Randburg. We then canceled and requested refund but accepted they minus four lessons. We paid in full R1400 and as ad read, 11th lesson free. We called and whatsapped - have evidence of chats and calls - how false promises were made to refund payment. First told the weekend then that only can pay in weekdays and so forth. No payment received to date and we are now blocked off WhatsApp and the Zimbabwe number won't reply communication either. We have laid charges and more. I urge people to consider before paying in full.
