Accident and Pioneer freight not responding

<p>My daughter was in a accident with Pioneer Freight company vehicle in April 2016. I forward all the details and photos taken from the guy that reversed into my daughter, License, company card,  photo of the bakkie and the damage on her car, which I send through to ROBERT BESTER @ PIONEER FREIGHT ********** . Robert send me the doc from their Insurance co Zurich 5/04, which we completed and emailed ********** I haven't had any feedback from them as from today 7/07. I phoned Robert again today, and he promised he will send an email, to confirm that the insurance co, will contact me...please help my daughter is a student and needs the car, which does not drive due to the accident.  the quotes to fix the car range from R40.000.</p> <p> </p>
