I am posting this review out of sheer frustration due to the shocking lack of service and accountability from this company. On **22 May 2025**, my wife **Uvesha Govender (Moodley)** made a payment of **R848**. It is now **over two months later**, and we have **still not received a refund** – despite numerous follow-ups and excuses ranging from courier delays to vague internal issues. I sent a formal request last week and was promised a resolution within **24 to 48 hours**. I even spoke to **Ted**, who assured me someone would get back to us. It’s now been **one full week**, and we have received **no response whatsoever**. This is completely unacceptable. As paying customers, we have been more than patient. We have tried to resolve the matter amicably, but we are now left with no other option than to escalate it publicly. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic communication is appalling. We are demanding a **full refund of R848** without any further delays. If this matter is not resolved immediately, we will proceed with further steps, including contacting the **Consumer Ombudsman**, **legal channels**, and **social media exposure**. This level of service is a disgrace. A VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!!!!!!

I place my order on the 18 December 2024, I received my order on the 01 February 2025. After a long wait, I got the shock of my life when I opened the package, all 4 pictures were of poor quality, the color looked faded (not in 3D as advertised) & the golden picture I ordered was in orange. I took photos of the pictures & sent them to Vincent who promised to resolve the problem within a couple of days. 9 days later he told me to contact Leane since the matter was handed to her. On the 07 February 2025 I sent a formal complaint to her email address - info@pixperfectprint.co.za & I attached all the paper trail. She responded & told me that the matter will be resolved within 48 hours. To this day - 06/03/2025 I'm still waiting for a refund or the correct order. All my follow up emails & WhatsApp messages were ignored. No response from her or Vincent. Please never use this company spend the extra money and use a more reputable place. I have been waiting since 2021 for a refund. My pictures were delivered and were all damaged so I returned them at my cost in 2021, and since then I have yet to receive my money. The team has stopped replying to my email in 2022 and Vincent on WhatsApp replies with endless promises to perform the refund. All I want is for the refund to be executed. Save yourself all the stress and never oder from this place.

Absolutely amazing experience. Professional, kind and with a personal touch. The print was spot on perfect. I found Vincent to be very responsive on Whatsapp and genuinely warm and friendly on the phone. Would highly recommend.

I really do value quality as a consumer and I loved the quality of work delivered to me my Pix Perfect for a personal portrait. The turnaround time was the best and so was the customer service... Will definitely be supporting this business again soon
