An interesting place of work

For starters, this is a great place, well.. that was until realisation kicked in. I've been observing and with that comes FREE FRUIT once a week, FREE COFFEE and unlimited supplies of toilet paper. Now that, the above is out of the way, let's tackle some issues on the floor.

First off, you may be in the happiest of moods but managers always have away of turning that around real quick with their "Negative kick-off's" first thing in the morning, and due to their lack of managerial skills they negatively impact their "shift leads" whom also lack leading a shift. No sense of direction, puppets to their managers and say yes for everything, managers themselves love buttering up someone and as soon as they turn their backs then bash their names all over the place.

Favouritism... is big at this place, I smile as I observe and watch the party start. Once again, if you're not with a certain click then you're ousted from the rest.

Promotions - well, this is the infamous story of the Donkey and the carrot, if you are not with the right click, and you're not a yes man then forget it haha no matter how hard you work you'll never see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The amount of responsibilities out matches the PAY, work as a slave and we'll pay you the bare minimum with no recognition whatsoever.

The amount of good employees the company is loosing is pathetic as they don't see them and don't appreciate them as well and you never know whether you have a job tomorrow or not! I'm done here, thanks for all those reading.
