Disappointing Service from PKM

We used PKM for many years, there was one instance where my apple watch went missing, but I could not prove it was them so I left it. How ever this time the moved us again, whilst I was packing my vehicle, without any permission they unpacked my night stand. My first reaction was to look for my wedding ring, It was gone. I confronted them and they denied it ever being in the night stand, but I knew it was there. The ring was in the drawer, and gone after they emptied it without my permission and they didn't take it? The company owner said they worked the for many years and the are reliable. A police case was opened from their side, only to get a case number to assist with an insurance claim but no further action was taken from their side. I am posting this to inform my fellow users. Personally I will never use them again, moving is a traumatic enough, I don't need a company to worsen it.
