While scrolling on Tik-Tok the other day, i came across a SPITZ adverti*****t running a very insane sale. Ordered some items and even paid. A few weeks go by and nothing is forthcoming, so i go back to the website and i find an email address. I write and enquire on the status of my order and am informed that the order has been shipped and should be arriving soon. Almost a month goes by and when i enquire, the tracking information is updated and reflects that the parcel has been delivered to my billing address and i am baffled because ive been in the house the whole time. I immediately send another enquiry with regards to the delivery status and am told that the package was delivered according to my instructions and the seller is very sorry for the inconvenience and since they have also spent money in the effort to send my package, they would be willing to reimburse me 30% of my original purchase amount.
