Guys these people are scammers major ones they even send you a bank card making you think you will get your loan, I have paid endless fees, 8 times to be exact, don't trust them at all, they feed on your desperation, contact for more info 0843054689, Angeline

On the 18th February 2020, I booked my Toyota Fortuner in to Planet World, to have a sound upgrade (Kicker 2) installed. I had to pay in advance, as this was the only way that they would accept your booking. On my arrival to collect my vehicle, the sales person advised me, that they had installed the components, but I couldn’t use the system, as the harness that they had would not fit the new Fortuner. They apologized, and assured me that it would be available in a week. After a week I called to find out when I could bring my vehicle in, only to be told that they still do not have a harness. I immediately asked to speak to someone more senior - Technical manager (I think) who assured me that the new harnesses would be there by the 28th February. Today (03rd March) I once again called to enquire as to when I could bring my vehicle, in only to be told, that they only expect the harnesses at the end of March 2020, but they could splice into my cables in the meantime. I immediately said no, and asked for the CEO to call me, nothing to date. This company has taken my money in advance, can’t produce the service I have paid for, now want to give me a sub standard product by “splicing” into the cables and why do I have to continually call them to find out the progress for a job I have paid good money for? Bad service, bad attitude, no contact number or email for senior managers or owners and lack of accountability.
