Ohk so I had a issue with my onenav head unit where the reverse camera were showing left on the right and obviously right on the left I emailed them and a gentleman by the name of Morne contacted me from. The Cape Town branch same day, gave me instructions over the phone, and Wala my reverse camera issue is sorted, vow professional at its best, never ever had a issue with these guys when they install your stuff in your car, always friendly and willing to help and they know their stuff, big up to Planetworld Cape Town.

We Bought x4 JVC Smart 32inc TV in August 2023 and about two weeks ago my tv said that Netflix is not compatible with the tv's. All we do is watch Netflix on them. Now it seems like a wast of money. We bought these TV's at Checkers Baywest PE on special. Now i know why these TV's was on special to get them out before this happens. I cant believe that a smart TV apps can stop working. So please make sure before you buy.

I had a projector fitted in June 2020. In June 2024 I had a problem with my lifting device. I called the company that installed it and they came back and told me that my unit or motor is damaged. It is now over 5 months that I don’t have an answer as they quoted me R8K for a new one. As my warranty is over. The unit is a Vogel brand. Whilst I don’t want any hand outs I am disgusted at the service from Planet world in finalising this matter. If it was a surge than I should receive a damage report indicating such so that I can claim on my insurance. I personally would not recommend the Vogel brand in any entertainment setup.

Had a repair done on a Velodyne sub that is their product. First they could not repair apparently becauae parts not available. Took it to a properly qualified technician that fixed it in no time !. So patehtic is a nice word to these clowns.

Purchased a NavOne android radio from Planetworld. First of all the microphone was only working from time to time,had to go through a long process of trying to get some help with regards to it, eventually they agreed to take the unit for testing and fix. Only to be told they wont be collecting the unit from me but rather a branch GP Just simply want what I paid for without issues
