Excellent Service and Great Improvement
I would like to commend this construction company for the excellent service I recently received. I have used them before and I can honestly say that their service has improved significantly. Don’t attempt to use them
I rented a cone crusher from Plant Index on 29 November 2025 and paid R490,475.00 in full. Unfortunately, the machine has still not been delivered to date and I have also not received a refund. Initially, I communicated with Romeo and later with Anthony. Over the past four months I have repeatedly been given promises that the matter would be resolved but nothing has happened. My attempts to follow up have also been met with a very unhelpful and rude attitude. After waiting this long without delivery or a refund, I am extremely disappointed with the service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before hiring from Plant Index.

Stay away they are ****mers
Rented a cone crusher and paid R490 000.00 never arrived until todate since November 2025 ,Roman assisted me and Anthony took over until todate my money has not been refunded .They are not responding now no one picks up my calls ,not responding to my emails ,This has been very difficult in my side , I got ****med by Plant index .

Operator Arrived Late With No Notice
Booked an equipment operator for a scheduled job and they arrived extremely late with no prior notice or apology. This caused delays on site and disrupted the entire work plan. Communication was poor and there was no sense of urgency or professionalism.
