I recently ordered equipment from Plant Index and was very disappointed by the delay in delivery. Machine arrived much later 5 hours after expected delivery time . There was little to no communication from the company about the delay, and I had to follow up several times to get any updates.

The equipment itself was in acceptable condition and got the job done, but it definitely wasn’t as well-maintained as I expected. Delivery was also later than promised, which caused some delays on site and unnecessary frustration.

THE WORST!! Needed to rent a crane truck - arranged for it to be on-site on Wednesday 18/03/2026 - NO SHOW. Rescheduled for Thursday - NO SHOW Rescheduled for Friday - SORRY, CAN'T HELP TODAY EITHER (After confirming that they will be on-site) THREE DAYS ON SITE - that's a lot of cost to carry, dead days because of a NO SHOW company. Let's hope we can actually get a refund out of them.
