Always turning down work!
Second time now that I have sent through a quote request and their reply back is "Unfortunately we will not be quoting on this Item" You guys offer a service, why turn down small business's?

Bad service
I have received the worst service from Henrico Thorpe. He never returns your call or emails. I have ordered the ref: paid on 25 October 2021. There the quote stated Lead time: +/- 7 TO 8 working days delivery. It is 1(one) month later, 26 November 2021, and I still have not received my order. One delay after the other. No feedback. No commitment, no alternative solution, nothing. I expected at least a courtesy reply to my emails or phone calls from the responsible person and not the opposite, the customer following up continuously. Irrespective of the number of sales, all should have some satisfaction. Well, mine, on the shallow end of the scale.
