WORST SERVICE EVER. THIS GUY IS A SCAM OR SOMETHIN

We ordered plastic cards from Richard, paid the deposit, after the deposit has been paid he said it would take 10 work days. After 10 working days he said its finished and that the full amount should be paid in order for the cards to be dispatched... the full amount was settled.... we sent someone to pick it up, when this person called him to get directions (person drove 200KM as they had a client to see there anyway and we needed the cards urgently) he told our worker that she can't pick up as it is not finished yet... after that he has been telling us different stories each time! he is not even answering calls, he hangs up the call in the middle of the conversation... it is ridiculous... This idiot is a crook, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM THEY WILL BURN YOU... he is ARROGANT and does not care about the level of service he gives anyone!!!
