Plastic bottle accident on the R30

On Sunday the 27th of September. I was travelling home from Bloemfontein on the R30 road. I had just passed Brandfort town heading to Theunissen around 21h30pm when a truck transporting compressed bales of plastic bottles dumped all that plastic on the road. Myself and another driver crashed into those plastics that were clearly not secured properly. My car had to be towed away from the scene as it was rendered immobile. The police officers and traffic officers who came to the scene did not even bother to take statements nor check if we were okay. I would like hellopeter to track down the company responsible for that truck that caused the accident. It was Sunday night and on the R30 road between Brandfort and Theunissen, surely the accident must have been reported somewhere. I tried searching on the internet with no luck of finding them.
