My email enquiry regarding product stock level, price and availability was answered within 24 hours.<br> First pleasant surprise was that I received a response on a Saturday.<br> Second pleasant surprise is that Stuart had initiative to confirm quantity of items required.<br> Third, and unbelievable, surprise is that Stuart actually fulfilled his promise to notify me when the stock arrived from the supplier.<br> <br> I am going to purchase in store on Saturday, I sincerely hope that the in-store service is just as good!
