I stopped my car and trusted that my car will be save. I received my car when I got my car back someone smoked in my car, al 4 my tires were flat, my screem of my car don't operate the why it used to, there is a light on that were never on and I saw marks that were never there. I will never stop my car there again

The morning after collecting my car from Platinum’s park and go service at ORT, I discovered the paintwork on my left front wheel arch was badly sc****d. I Notified them immediately and was told they had photos of the vehicle and the sc****s were there already. On requesting the photos I received pictures taken two hours after they received the vehicle - showing sc****s. The manager / owner denied his staff had done the damage and informed me they wouldn’t be paying for anything. After a few weeks and on my 2nd request for an answer I was told I could come all the way back to ORT and walk 15 mins to some security office to try and view the airport CCTV footage to prove my claim. My time is worth more than that and I have no intention of wasting another few hours and more time and money driving across JHB to do this. I’ve had the vehicle repaired myself as this was never about the cost of repair (R3k). It’s the principal of the matter that I wanted compensation for and the fact that their staff can damage a vehicle and there are no consequences. I won’t use them again and will warn others of doing so too!

We have made use of this company on a regular basis but this week was the last time as we experienced the worst service possible! They advertise that they are ten minutes from the airport but we waited more than 50 minutes for the driver who arrived and got out with a terrible and rude attitude, he was obviously on the phone with the office and said “and he is still complaining “, he didn’t help with the luggage and didn’t even offer an apology for making us wait outside the airport for 50 minutes! Be aware of this business, as customer service is definitely not on their list of priorities!

Had to wait 30 minutes at the OR Tambo airport for my car, yet I gave them all the details for my return. The person attending to the WhatsApp messages on the 25/11/2023 had a nerve to tell me that I must understand that he is dealing with many cars. The driver told me he was called from home to deliver my car. What nonsense is that.

They are bad, they stole my spare wheel , first aid kit and spanners whilst I parked there. The manager I can see would not follow up they said they will call. The workers are first level ******* . Do not trust them. All sorts of ex cuses that they verify employees.

be very careful. I have been a client of the service for over 10 years. Not long ago I was exposed to very bad service which even put me and family in danger. BE VERY careful. When asked to investigate the event got lots of bla bla bla.
