They fixed my TV but it only worked for 2 hours, when I phoned them they promised to come back the next day. Its been four weeks and still nothing. They are ignoring my phone calls and Whatsapp messages. I paid R1600 for nothing.

About 3-4 months ago I had Platinum Passion Trading and Projects come to my house and fix my tv. When they arrived, ome gentlemen came in and opened up my tv and told me one of my globes were fused. My mother started to record what he was doing and he got upset asking what is she doing, her response is I need to have proof of what u are doing, but then stopped recording as he was getting rather agitated with her. We continued to watch what he was doing and even that he did not like. Another gentleman by the name os Sam then came knocking on my door and later asked to use the toiled, he said he was with the other gentleman inside. I know this to be true as Sam is the person i spoke to with regards to my tv. Long story short they did not replace any light or put any new parts in my tv, he just cut from the wire that links to each light and soldered it to a different possition on the board . I was changed R1700.00 for just opening up a tv. And today 3 months later my tv is giving me the same problem, a black screen! I've called them a nember of times, sent messages to them and they just don't respond! They are a bunch of crooks that do people in and I want people to know not to use them ever.

These guys rip you off! Charged me R1560 to repair my oven and vacuum cleaner. Neither worked once they'd left. Apparently they replaced the thermostat on the built in oven, but the next day it wouldn't even get hot. They cursorily "cleaned" the vacuum cleaner. That also didn't fix the problem. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but they ignore my messages.
