Beware of Mr. Excuses

Stay far away from Jaap Diedericks from pool and paving (platinum pools). He installed our pool in December 2016. The work done was of horrific standard. The entire pool has shifted inside the cavity they dug because it was not well supported with the filling sand. The pool has also various “bubbles” where there is no support underneath, causing numerous cracks. Hence our pool is also leaking constantly. Despite numerous attempts to get him to come and fix his poor craftsmanship, he just makes excuses all the time. It has been 3 months and he still hasn’t pitched. I will never ever recommend that someone make use of his services. The only thing Jaap is good at is making new excuses not to fix his mistakes.
