Stay away! Platinum pool or Pool and Paving

Be warned of Jaap Diedericks who first traded under Platinum pools and has now changed his name to Pool and Paving. His work is absolutely sub standard with LOTS of issues appearing within the first week after installation of the pool and he just ignores requests to attend to the issues. Check on Hallo Peter - lots of comments wrt Platinum Pools. Now he changed his name to Pool and Paving. Problems from day 1! After we paid our deposit he did not commit for MONTHS as to when he will install the pool. Then he eventually rocked up and just installed the shell and filled it with water but NO pump. He said he had cash flow issues so couldnt install the pump. Eventually the water went green. After lots of threats and actually paying him now in advance just to get the pump installed he did eventually install it. Now there is a leak on the pool only 3 months after the pool has been installed and he ignores all my calls and messages even though I can see he did read them. Big shark. Stay away and never do business with him. His number to be able to further identify him is + ********** 9507. I also supply a photo of him. Be warned unless u want to be done in by this shark.
