Not even a 1 star. I ordered iceberg white with grain.. Sales guy Nicholas Chetty. I paid eft. I sent the carpet the to collect. When I saw the cut boards on site, it was. PLAIN melamine. When I phone Nicholas, he said he invoiced as such, because he didn't have stock of what I wanted. WITHOUT INFORMING ME. When I call Aadil, the manager, he said there's nothing he can do. I should order new boards and pay for it. Poor excuse for customer service.. NEVER SUPPORTING THESE USELESS PEOPLE. Hard earned Money down the drain. *********** STAFF. Do not buy from them.
