Shockingly bad service and very suspicious plumbers called Plumbers Plumbing under the Plumbrosgroup Johannesburg.
www.plumbrosgroup.joburg Beware of Plumbros Plumbers Johannesburg with branch situated allegedly in Krugersdorp and run by a person who only identifies himself as Ben. Totally unreliable shocking service. Worst service. Kept us waiting all day then cancelled with us. Undertook to come out next day never pitched up. Didn't take calls or call to advise they can't make it. Don't waste your time calling Ben on **********. If Ben can't even pitch up or have the courtesy to let you know he can no longer attend to the work it's a bad start and reflection on how the work will be done and what the after service will be like. However my dealings with this company and Ben from the start were suspicious and having unfortunately read the reviews only afterwards on hellopeter when doing this complaint, I am very glad that his team did not pitch up as I feel I would have been out of pocket and cheated of my money like all other clients per the hellopeter reviews. Plumbros Plumbing services probably wont reply to this report as I could not provide an email address for hellopeter to notify them. You cant establish any other info of them or email address and you can only email them to get a quote. There is limited info about them on google. If you ask for a quote or call them the first time you get an immediate call from the owner of the business who calls himself "Ben" and does not offer his surname. I will call him Ben hereafter as that is who he identifies himself as. He answers the call immediately or calls you immediately when you complete the "ask for a quote" section on their website and that is the only time you get super fast response in a flash and the only time you get to speak to the beneficial owner of this plumbing business. After that "Ben" only communicates via WhatsApp messages or voice calls - you cant reach him at all by calling him. When you try calling him and you comment that you cant reach him he replies instantly on Whatsapp by stating he was on another call but when you then try to call him immediately when he communicates on Whatsapp he does not take your call and then sends you a message that his phone battery is on 2% which is suspicious if he is running a business that he cant call you back or that his battery is on 2% because how can he communicate on Whatsapp on 2% battery all the time thereafter and why does he not charge his phone if he is running business - however he seems to be on his phone all the time and reacts immediately for new business as if sitting by his phone waiting for new callers/customers this is very strange behaviour. After he fails to provide the service based on the excuse that his team is stuck on site and battling to fix the problem on that site and can no longer come out to you he offers a time the next day but there is no show up at all nor a call to tell you they are running late or not coming anymore. When you try and call (I called 5 times on a cell call and 3 times via a whatsapp call) to find out where the team is knowing they have your personal address details you get no response - I sent a whatsapp - he read it as you can see he is on line but he has taking the 2 tick read capability off his phone so that it appears as if he did not read your message yet you can see that he comes on line when you send him the message. When you try calling him numerous times he does not take your call and then he blocks you. When you call from another number and he hears it is you he kills the call and blocks that number. When you try communicating with him via WhatsApp he blocks you. When you send an email quote from a new email he responds immediately by calling you but he terminates the call instantly when he hears your voice and then blocks you. Be aware of this plumbing service. It is very suspicious.

Bad to no service
The initial service was great but then took a turn for the worse.... In April 2024 i made contact with Charl from Plumbros jhb and paid a deposit for the borehole He made excuse after excuse not to do the work and after calling him out a few times (he got very aggressive with me)he agreed a few days ago - 6 January 2025 - to refund me 40 000 and when i contacted him today (9 January 2025) he asked for another 2 weeks.. to date what i paid for i didnt get. I really dont know what to do but to just warn the publib not to use them unless they want to be disappointed.

Bad to no service

I really dont know what to do but to just warn the publib not to use them unless they want to be disappointed.

Worst company ever
Plumbing service from https://plumbrosgroup.joburg/ I am utterly disapointed in the service provided by Plumbros in Johannesburg.https://plumbrosgroup.joburg/ I recently purchased a house and discovered that we had a blocked drain. We called Plumbros to come have a look and they advised it was a collasped pipe and told us they would need to replace the entire thing. They estimated where the pipes started and ended and then gave us a quote of R20000 which they then reduced to R15000. They started their work and dug up the entire yard and then the pipe was not where they had thought it was. It took them 1 week just to dig up. Upon inspection , I could not see any broken pipes apart from the one near the drain but it was too late. When we called the owner to ask if he can speed it up as the security gate had to stay open because of all the digging he was extremely rude and told us if we didnt like the work then he will pull the team off and charge us the labour only. Mind you , they asked for a 80% DEPOSIT for the job. And then he also brought up that he gave us a discount and we were still complaining. As they had already dug up so much we asked them to complete the job. It took them more than 2 weeks back and forth, missing days to finish the job . They damaged my paving and did not put it back properly, it is sinking and the concrete used as well was not done properly. Not even two weeks later the drain blocked again and we had to call them back again , and mud was found in the pipes It was really such a hassle dealing with them and I dont recommend any one to use their services as well. The guy was rude whenever we questioned him and it cost us alot which we still need to now fix the flooring as it is damaged and sinking. They are also very unreliable with the times when they will be coming and leaving site and work very slowly We had to fix the paving on our own and recently more of it collasped . When we called him he was very rude and said they don't do paving that's not their job and he saved us money because he gave us a discount. Just never use them. They are terrible

We had a terrible experience. After a very quick and professional response, we agreed that they would also fix my borehole and irrigation. I paid deposits of R74k for this work. Their performance deteriorated significantly after this. If they arrived for a day's work, it would be after 11 and they'd leave at around 2pm. I eventually gave up and we agreed on the refund for the job. To date, R35k is still outstanding. I've never met a more dishonest person in my life. None of the promised dates or actions were made. The owner (Charl) is incredibly aggressive if you call out their nonperformance. I suspect they use the deposit to fund their various other businesses and hope we give up on recovering it. They have a skip business and a moving business

Worst service
Very bad service received from the supplier in Centurion. The manner in which he communicated after failing to pick up their skip which is here longer than the agreement is very bad and he didn't care when I told him and went on to say he doesn't need a customer like me. Had I known I would receive really bad service I would not have got with them.

Worst service
Very bad service received from the supplier in Centurion. Had I known I would receive really bad service I would not have got with them.

Dishonest thriving plumber plumbro
Terrible experience. Paid R800 call out fee. Then accepted quote and paid a deposit of R4800. The plumber did not pitch so asked for deposit back. He continuously said pop will be sent. It took a month for R2800 to be paid back. R2000 is still outstanding. No work was done and the initial callous fee was paid for. So basically R2000 has been ******. Unacceptable. This company has no integrity and are dishonest

It took a month for R2800 to be paid back. R2000 is still outstanding. No work was done and the initial callous fee was paid for. So basically R2000 has been ******. Unacceptable. No proof of work carried out by Plumbros Plumbing Service
No job card and detailed explanation of water leak detection and fix was given for work carried out by Plumbros Plumbing Service Gauteng - 083 713 9922 / www.plumbrosgroup.joburg Upon several requests, I have been given excuses and nothing has been sent to me for the R15350 invoice sent which was paid by me on 14th March 2024. The job was done 14 March 2024 and to date they cannot tell me what was fixed and where the leaks were. All I received was the invoice and the following on a letter: "Client phoned us due to high water account, Leak Detection was done, leak/s were found. The leak/s were repaired and We can confirm that there are no more leaks, and the meter is no longer turning when no water is being used. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information. Kind Regards Plumbros Group ------------------------ Electronically Signed"
