Complaint re Plush Supreme Oven Cleaner

After using Supreme Plush Oven Cleaner in my oven only once, the product left permanent stain marks on the surface. I registered my complaint to the management of the product. They requested me to send a photo of the product (indicating the batch no.) through to the office, which I did. They then informed me that they will send a representator from their office to come and inspect/evaulate the damage caused to the oven. The representator could not find any neglegance from my side when using the oven cleaner, yet they offered me a gift pack of the product.

I am not satisfied with the outcome of my complaint as I know that I did nothing wrong when using the product.

The oven is still relatively new (2 years).

My request would be that the oven be replaced with a new one.
