PMC Techlife: Stay away bad company

Ordered phones 0n 30 December, delivery was promised in 5 to 10 business days. It is 13 January, still no delivery. Stock was imported (stated local stock when ordered) cost of import added to my yearly allowance, now courier wants VAT payment. Impossible to speak to a consultant. Company acted in bad faith, will never recommend.
