Jewelries Gold and Titanium
The service was superb from the onset. Charmaine and David made sure the models comes to life. Gold band for my wife and a Titanium band for myself. The first time in my life I wore a ring that does not scratch out. I use my hands a lot, but it looks like new every time. The same is true withe gold ring for my wife. We are truly happy with the service. Kudos to Poggenpoel Diamond Jewellers

From the very first interaction, Poggenpoel Jewellers impressed me. I had heard of them for years as one of the big names in jewellery, but what set them apart for me was their speed in responding and their genuine willingness to help. That alone made my decision to work with them simple. I had a design in mind but no idea about the diamond shape. Storm worked closely with me, suggesting the best materials and sizes to match my vision. The service was outstanding - every message was answered quickly, every update was given without me having to ask, and every detail was handled with care. The final result left me speechless. The ring was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Storm also took the time to explain how to care for it, which just reinforced the trust I had in them from day one. If I had to sum up the experience in three words: easy, beautiful, magic. I would recommend Poggenpoel without hesitation to anyone who wants jewellery made with skill, passion, and care.

THE BEST!!!!!
Storm van der Westhuizen was soo great from the beginning to the end with consulting to designs and to collection of my engagement ring for my fiancee. She gave the me the royal experience and made me feel significant. The engagement ring was so perfect and till today it is still stunning and also gave me a rundown of the different types of diamonds and bands etc. The quality of the engagement ring is spectacular!!! Once again, thnk you very much to Storm and the whole Poggenpoel team

Storm Is The Best!!!
This is a late review, but I felt compelled to write it. A few years ago, I met someone who became a very close personal friend; he happened to be the first professional jewellery designer I have ever met fast forward a few years later, my fiancée and I are desperately looking for rings but nothing seems to fit or look quite right. I remembered that my dear friend worked at Poggenpoel and shared with him all the trouble we were having. He asked me to look for a ring on the website that looked similar to what we wanted and he would make any changes we wanted until it was perfect. He handed me over to a lovely lady called Storm and said she would be our point of contact from now on. Storm was amazing from day one, it felt like she cared. We had so many revisions, changing the band thickness, use real diamonds for the band, wait use lab-grown, the ring looks off let's change this let's change that. She was patient through it all, she just wanted us to be happy with the ring in the end. When we settled on the final look and feel, we felt the stone was too small and asked her to help us find a bigger stone in our budget which she did and the ring turned out perfect. I just want to say a big thank you to our designer, Storm and Poggenpoel. We will be back for the wedding bands.
