Failed to deliver

Broken bricks
Don’t waste your money on this hardware terrible service, lies,false promises lack of respect and professionalism, I purchased bricks from this place and on 3 occasions they delivered broken bricks I reported the matter to their management the guy called brightonton said he will come to my property to inspect how many bricks were broken so he could replace them he did not bother to show up although my property is a few minutes away from the hardware,4weeks went by I kept going back to remind him of the situation he would lie every time at some point I paid for a delivery guy to collect the bricks he was chased away, I then reported the matter to a guy called Ismail even more lies he pretended help and pretended to organise bricks for me stating that they will be delivered with the timber I bought till this day 6 weeks later I’m still waiting!!!!!!!!!

Bought a "DOOR MER 8 PANEL STABLE IMP" online, which says it is a Meranti Door, but seems like it's not as the door Panels are now pulling apart, seems like this is Not a Meranti door at all. So, I emailed the Supplier and had NO RESPONSE

Part order never received! Extreme poor customer services
Poor customer service, I made a purchase online on 27 October 2022 and got part off what I paid for, I am still waiting for the remaining order 6 months down the line. I have made countless efforts to get the order but to no avail. It feels like day light *******. I am nor comfortable making online purchases anymore. I have had no communication from them in regards my order! When ever I call I don't get any useful assistance. Disappointed!!!!!!

Hi Peter, I am doing this on behalf of a friend. (Ulynn Julies) She bought windows on size and it was paid in full on Nov 2022 She has contacted the company a couple of times with no luck, they suggested she contact Skynet(Courier Company) and still no luck. Up to this day she has not received any items and also no indication of when it will be delivered She has paid and has no idea when she will receive her items no any indication if they will deliver. Point Hardware offered her cash back but she will loose a percentage of what she paid. I assume its the process fee or Courier fee It is unacceptable for a company to basic make a promise take her money and not deliver. Never ever buy from ther unless you wat to gose chase the rest of your product down
Worst hardware store ever wish I had first looked at the reviews on Google and hellopeter i bought a slim line water tank it's literally just the shell when I sent enquiries on thier what's app line it's terrible and when answered super unprofessional some messages not answered at all till I literally don't stop messaging the number on thier web site it gives the impressions of fully sold items definitely not the case and when enquired about it I was told oh they try better advertising wish I just stuck with builders

Customers treated like dirt
I bought a bathroom set in August and it was delivered in August. It was delivered via courier. We never opened the box because my concern was to save up money so that I can pay the person that would install everything, big mistake. The goods remained in one place since delivery. When we eventually opened the box that had the toilet in it, found that it was just the toilet inside without any protective foam or anything like that. Further inspection of the toilet, it was damaged. I took the liberty of sending an email to Point Hardware letting them know. I did not get a response. I then made a call and the person I spoke to said an Ismail would contact me and my email was received. I did not receive any call. I then called them the following day. Firstly Ismail did not want to come to the phone and when he eventually came to the phone he was rude, speaking over me and hung up. I called back and he accused me of hanging up. Said I am busy rambling. I tried explaining the condition of which we found the toilet in and that there was no foam to prevent damage on the item. Said that his company takes no responsibility. When fragile items are packaged there has to be protective foam around it to prevent damage, this was not the case. I would like them to take back the toilet and replace it with a proper one. I only bought from them because of the Payflex payment option. I honestly regret it now.

Horrible quality timber
I bought branderings for ceiling and it was just rubbish covered with few good ones. The sizes are different, they are not straight and only few could be used out of each bundle. I took pictures and reported to the sales person and i was promised refund. When i followed a refund matter up, i was told that all the damaged timber will have to be collected first. This is despite all the pictures and communication i was having with the sales person. Few months down the line im still waiting for that collection and refund.
