No service/no stock
I am at the Durban CBD store and they have no stock at all and nobody seems to know what is happening when there'll be stock. We are standing here, having used money to get here only to be told that the store is open but what's being sold in the store is not there. We as the customers deserve more respect than this.

No service/no stock

My new happy place (with great prices)
I popped into the Benoni store and was so happy to be able to spoil my friends - at a price I could afford. Thank you, Polar Ice Cream - you make treats affordable and possible on a tight budget.

The taste of ice cream
Their place is so nice they sell good smoothie cheapest ice cream They way l'm so addicted to their ice-cream l can recommend everyone who like ice-cream there

Day Light ******* (R20.00) Polar Ice Cream R55
I bought some ice cream at Polar Ice Cream factory shop at R55 and was charged an additional R20.00 for requesting that they mix various flavours for my package. That is day light ******* and anti competitive

Ex employee polar ice cream
I was employed by polar icecream...it is owner by two indian brothers milo and riyaaz...even since i worked i have not received my wages in full..my money would always be sort...carmen who does the hours just can never answer you..n then theres vivviene who makes up staff against each other n frames them of *****ing but infact shes the biggest ***** at polar...at this rate Vivienne who is the accountant will make your life hell at polar... They will promise you a permanent contract but never will give you one ..they lie to people...they only give fixed term.. Please people these foreigners who owns company's in south africa dont care about no one but themselves n there money... I have worked hard and endured alot of **** from these people..they are evil..

Poor customer service
I'm a regular customer of Polar Ice Cream. Recently I bought Cannoli Wafer biscuit ice cream which was stale. I complained to the Head Office and haven't heard from them in over a week. I'm very disappointed with their poor customer service in dealing with complaints.

Poor customer service
