Polaroid Fitness Watch

I brought fitness watch recently, the charge hardly lasted, the major problem is that the working part of the watch face fell out of the strap while I was shopping and I didn't notice until I got home. Polaroid say they will only honor the warranty if I return the whole watch, the point is fairly obvious - I can't due to their faulty workmanship, Their customer service and so called warranty is appalling.
