I am being charged for SMS notification, I've sent an email requesting the municipality to remove the SMS notification on my account. I was told because my account is in arrears they are charging for it but I am already paying interests on the arrears. I received the most horrible service and an unprofessional service from whoever was communicating with me on emails. We don't have it on writing that they will charging for SMS notification. I feel this is them *******ly charging for something I didn't sign up for.
