Shocking! Stay away! Cheap and way below standard.
Cheap quotes are attractive but you will end up spending double with these guy also trading as Pool Builders and possibly Pool Excellance Owners Gary Guelpa and his brother Kevin. Paid them for a new pool in 2016 R55k The filter has had to be replaced because it was too small for the pump. Cost R4k The whole pool had to be re fiberglassed because there were holes in it due to the fact that it was done so thin. Cost R30k And now.. the pump has to be replaced because it's such an old make it can't be fixed because there are no parts. Cost R4.2k All this within 8 years of the new pool being built. The only thing they did right was dig the hole. The light isn't even straight and shines skew and has popped out of its bracket. These guys are so far from excellence. Its scary. STAY AWAY!

Bad experience- Kevin Guelpa - Pool Connexion
Bad experience. Poor workmanship No honoring warranty...stay away if you dont want to pay double for someone else to come fix the mess. Kevin Guelpa will lie to you. Once you pay you wont see him again.

Unhappy customers pool connexion
Before even thinking of getting a quote carefully rethink getting Gary involved as he is a dishonest and will take your money and run for the hills.It cost me 11k for another contractor to finish work he did not do and was told he would pay me back in December and it is now June and he is still running scared.

Lies, lies, lies and no delivery
Accepted a quote for new pool and work began in December 2018 with agreement to complete in January 2019 due to holiday season. All monies paid in accordance to work schedule. Kevin from pool connexion gave excuse after excuse to complete the pool, the concrete work not complete besides having been paid for it. Every week Kevin promises to come complete the work within that week but it turns out to be an empty promise each time.

POOL CONNEXION ARE THIEVES!
This company is owned by Kevin Guelpa and and wife. They are con artist and crooks. They have stolen over a R120 000.00 from us to do a new pool and demolish the old one. He takes the money, digs a hole, pitches up a couple of time, stops coming around and taking calls then disappears. We are suing him and have asks the sheriffs to confiscate his belonging. DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE. They have done this to many many people and are now getting rich of scamming others!!!!!!!!

Pool Connexion - No Service - No Integrity - Pool Disconnexion!
Finally got hold of Kevin last week.... He still has not repaired my leaking pool (under 1 year old) Promises made again - and guess what ..... No where to be found again ! No response to messages, calls etc Never use these guys!
