Pool fraudster

He started off ok after a referral, but the job was never finished. Using him on a second job whilst the 1st was still in progress was the worst decision ever. He installed a 2nd hand pump, and only after threatening him, he replaced it with a new one. I am still waiting for the filter to be replaced after paying in full. For 7 months now the excuses range from covid, bad weather, hospital, meningitis and even cancer. Not to mention the car problems and site delays. Never ever consider to use Pool Minions or aka Vincent de Klerk.
