Worse pool renovation company around

Incredibly disappointed with the utter lack of quality and responsibility of this company (also trading as Beach Blue Pools, Seven Seas Pools, Jazzle Pools and more). Had my courtyard redone by Johan Bothma and Natasha Burger in May 2022. Pool was to be resurfaced from marbalite to fiberglass and tiling was to be done in the courtyard. After explaining multiple times that the tiles needed to be sloped correctly as the courtyard only has one drain they still managed to completely mess it up.

The pool is starting to peel after only a few months as well. The paint is literally coming off the sides!

Not only this, but Johan verbally attacked me (cursing at me) saying I was the one who decided to go for a cheap option after deciding to not put in a drain after being assured they would do the sloping of the tiles correctly (which didnt happen)!

He also physically attacked one of his workers in front of me, hitting him in the chest!

After trying to make contact with Johan and Natasha to hold them to their stated 7 year warranty on the pool, I have not received any feedback from them!

They are quick to take your money but their service is the worse I've experienced in my life! Stay away!
