⚠️ WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING POOLS AND SPAS / MICHAEL ⚠️
We had a swimming pool installed by Pools and Spas, and unfortunately the experience has been an absolute nightmare. Despite paying 100% of the agreed amount in full and on time, the workmanship we received is shockingly poor, substandard, and completely unacceptable. The final product is not even close to what was promised and does not meet basic industry standards. The installation is full of defects, poor finishing, and clear signs of *********** workmanship. We are now sitting with a pool that is not fit for purpose and needs major remedial work. We have formally demanded that they return and fix their mistakes. The owner made promises but nothing has happened, and I don’t expect anything to happen. Quick to your money, never delivers! If you are considering using Pools and Spas — think twice. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere unless you want stress, financial loss, and legal battles. Very disappointing experience and definitely not a company I can and would recommend.

Swimming pool repairs
My swimming pool was damaged by dirty flood water. Michael and his team worked very professional to prepare the pool for re-marblite. They took care to return my pool to a pretty looking masterpiece. With the weather playing a bad trick with all the rain, Micheal kept me up to date all along. I can certainly recomend them for all your pool requirements.
