I'm very disappointed by the service I got from this institution, would not recommend not even a fly to the institution. My grandfather passed away on on Tuesday, today its friday . We haven't received the death certificate, BI documents. And its during the month no one has money how are we supposed to do claims from other institution.

21 Jul 2020, 05:57Morning, as communicated with you telephonically on Friday 17/07/2020, As a funeral parlour we have no control over the registration process of death certificates with Home Affairs, we are in contact with them daily checking on the progress of the certificates,but at the mercy of their systems
