Posh Boutique Menlyn deserves to be closed

My experience with Posh boutique Menlyn has been very bad, the owner has no sense of Customer service, in our recent interaction regarding a dress a bought at their store she managed to lie about all the events that happened, their products are not of the best quality and their service deserves to be ditched.
