I bought a Dress from Posh Bedford Centre. The dress was damaged, I paid in the region of R9500 for it.<br> After up and down this dress could not be fixed to my satisfaction, the sales lady (EVA) eventually asked me to take it to their tailors, which I did. Due to the amount of work done on the repair to this dress, it obviously got dirty...The tailor fixed the dress and then billed me for the dry-cleaning. I paid for it and then queried it with POSH as it was a damaged dress from their shop and they had agreed to have the dress dry-cleaned...The lady TERESA treated my daughter disgustingly when we asked for our money back... my husband phoned and the owner at the SANDTON branch said they wrote dry-cleaning on the slip to inform us we need to dry clean the dress ... O PLEASE!!! after you spend so much money on 1 dress with them, they are not willing to pick up a bill of R600 ... PATHETIC!!!
