Poor Service on delivery

<p>I recently did a purchase with a company who advertises on gumtree for ferarri overalls. Since I was not sure of the size I sent through measurements.  The outfit i received was twice as big and when i requested a refund the owner agreed, but until today 3 weeks later i still have not received a dime.</p>
