Terrible service and overpriced

Terrible service!!!

I went to print 13 pages: 1x all black 6 x had a small school badge on the top 3 X color text calendar 3 x with half page picture Total 13 pages

The internet was slow and the guy who assisted me started to laugh and said they can't help me... I then proceed to say it is their business and I always use them. He just kept quiet. Luckily after a few min the internet came back and we printed. After everything, he then proceed to tell me I have to pay for 16 color pages? There was only a total of 13 pages, I then addressed him saying he is wrong, he then laughed again and said Okey 14 pages... I literally counted in front of him and he said I am wrong. The lady next to him assisted when I had to make payment and she started to talk in another language and they both started to laugh and said I need to pay R100 for the total pages (I do not know what each page cost as well as for how many pages they charged me) This is a serious situation as they most probably do it to more customers.
