Terrible service
Staff is absolutely rude. There is no order what so ever. Customer service is terrible. I would not be visiting this place again.

Beyond Excellent Service
I would just like to thank the Postnet in Ballito for their excellent service. We handed in a parcel on 20 December 2022 from Ballito to Kempton Park. The lady behind the counter advised us that the parcel would be there on Monday 26 December due to the high demand over the festive period, which we totally understood. My mother advised me that she got a message on the 21st December that her parcel is ready for collection, about 24 hours after we handed in our parcel and 5 days earlier than advise. All I can say is WOW
