Postnet chatsworth lies about delivering to charge extra

Terribly disappointed with the service chatsworth postnet.said postnet does not do branch to branch delivery due to covid 19 ,i was told that branches have been closed due to virus and they only offering branch to door courier ,called in few other branches around durban to confirm .apparently not they lied .bunch thieves n liars
