PostNet Chatsworth the worst store by far!

So disappointed with the service of this company. I went 3 times to do a criminal check for work. On each occasion there was only one person in the shop who was clearly overwhelmed and worked at a snails pace. The last time I went to complete my criminal check, the lady told me that she needed to attend to her customers who came after me before she could help me. They clearly should not be accredited to complete criminal checks. The lady stationed in store has to constantly be on the phone with her manager named "Samantha" (from what I gathered) because she doesn't know much. This store clearly needs more attention from it's owners and more staff needs to be employed.
