Stolen Parcel PostNet Nelspruit

I've ordered my Homeopathic Medicine as usual 6 x 30ml bottles batch they tailor make it for me every six months for my Auto immune disease it contains Medical CBD oil as it's the only thing to bring relieve as I get terrible skin rash etc.. It was posted on 15 Dec 2022 from PostNet White river it showed received at PostNet Nelspruit on 15 Dec 2022 after a few days I queried it as no movement after that happened and I was seriously in need of my medicine as I've told the over 10 people I spoke too without any assistance they just told me to wait because of holidays and the busy season and told me they don't have time to investigate and I must just wait ... today it's the 4th of January 2023 I've lost about 4kg as I'm struggling to keep food in my system because of auto amune disease Crohn's disease I started getting skin rashes etc as usual if not taking my meds...just to hear the parcel is missing without any explanation or investigation or solution just we can't find the parcel...I can't imagine how this is okay for them as a huge company to get away with something as serious as this apart from the huge financial loss my Christmas and New Year was spent feeling ill without socializing with family or friends I have to wait for my Homeopathic Supplier to return from leave another week and then another couple of days for them to make a new tailor made batch for me ... it's beyond belief really how horrible the service I received from PostNet and Aramax their owners I received are I can't believe that this is the way they operate and just how little one can do about it they just told me they don't have a manager and that's it
