Christmas gifts arrive damaged and in poor state

I am disgusted with their handling of my parcels. Livid even. I have sent tubs of biscuits down to PE a few times and NOT ONCE have the biscuits been damaged. Two tubs of biscuits sent down to Cape Town, 2 different locations, and both arrived damaged, one still being held at the facility due to its poor state. That's 2 Christmas gifts that are absolutely destroyed. 1 was received damaged with nearly every biscuit broken, and I can't even imagine the state of the other since they won't release it. That's money and time wasted, and at this point, I'm not sure I can trust my parcels to be delivered safely and in good condition anymore.

If you send me the date then I can start by pulling the video footage to see how my staff packaged your parcels and if they placed fragile stickers on the parcels.
