Careless shop assistance

I am so disappointed I sent a parcel to sandridge square Midrand on Monday upto now the recipient have not received the parcel. It is said that it's in sandridge East London. Reported the matter in Benoni, I was promised a call back before the end of Thursday upto now no call no parcel to my customers.
