PostNL are totally useless, thieves!

I have ordered a parcel from Spain and it was shipped via PostNL, tracking number RU872485725NL. PostNL received the parcel on the 21st April 2021 but now 4 months later no delivery. When I contacted them on their Facebook page regarding my parcel delivery status they informed me that they have no information to where my parcel is and they have no proof of delivery. I have contacted the supplies in Spain for assistance but they are unable to assist, in fact they send me a document which I had to complete and sign to proof that I have not received the package which I completed and returned to them, still no delivery, 4 months later now.
