After all the emails I sent to POSTUR to cancel the order, and reporting to Hello Peter, I did not approve payment for, I received the one product today. I need them to send the courier back to my house to collect what I did NOT order, and refund me.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 26 May 2024. Then the offer came up for yet a cheaper price and a vibrating posture thing. I did not approve for credit card payment for the last 2 items. I only want the shoes. I sent around 5 emails they have not rep****. I need them to refund me as I need the money Betsie Louw

Refuse to refund non-working item (5-in-1 Whole Body Massager). Program Button does not work. BEWARE!!! Email with Postur: Shocking. ...It is best I warn others here in South Africa of the conduct of this/your company who state clearly that an unsatisfied customer will not be refunded. Evidently misleading and untrue: QUOTE Our Guarantee ... Don't ever by from postur tech za I bought a product from them on the 26 October the last I heard from them was that my parcel is with buffalo warehouse All my queries by email only state it's in transit Day before Yesterday i enquiry again they only then admit that the parcel is since 5 November At buffalo warehouse Johannesburg Yesterday after another enquire they tell me "we are waiting for feedback from the distributor" it took them a weak and half to do this enquiry at there distributor THIS TELLS ME Posture TECH IS NOT INTERESTED AT ALL IN THEIR CUSTOMERS MAY BE JUST TO GET AS MUCH OF CUSTOMERS MONEY AND THEN F_____&&& THEM,

Wish I could give a 0 rating. There devices are defective, mine worked for a week, they gave me the run around with emails and are now ignoring me. Please don't waste your money buying from the. Many people have been ****med by them.

I have ordered the EMS Foot Massager. It took a month to arrive. It only worked twice, then stopped. The product is flimsy and badly made: Very poor quality if I consider the price I have paid for it. I have contacted them continuously but they fail to reply to my complaint. I recommend you do not even considering ordering from this company. You are guaranteed to waste your money and be deeply disappointed.
