Bad service

Bad customer service I was at power clothing in Randburg square to buy a bus tag, when I got there I found a lady and the guy busy counting money from the cash drawer of the till, when I told them I want to buy the bus tag the lady said to me the machine is damaged, and I told her that I was there earlier and the other guy working them told me that they only take cash not card. Now when we I come back the lady say the machine is damaged and you can see that she's got attitude towards me. Am really not happy and I always go to power for a lot of things this I was not expecting. I feel like if they don't want to help customer they should stay at home and give people that really need the job.
