I was with my Dad the other day when he purchased a Stihl Chainsaw and the gentelman that assisted him was very friendly and knowledgable and definitely they what he was talking about and he went the extra mile to help my Father even going so far as to let another gentelman assist my father in getting used to using his new chainsaw and providing extras that would improve the use of the Chainsaw. Congratulation to all the Staff you handled the sale with grace and excellence

Bought a new tandem lawn mower electric 2200 watt on Thursday 3 of November 2017. I live in Potchefstroom but I had to go to Klerksdorp that was my nearest agencyTwo days later it was not working. I called the shop spoke to Quinton. He adviced me to open the electric motor to see if the electric wires are stil in place. I am not an electrician and the lawn mower is under guarantee, At the end the problem was in the hand switch. I was the mechanic Today Fourth of December it is not working again. I feel that the shop has the responsibity since they know that this is not the first time I am having trouble. The lawn mower is stil under guarantee Why do I have to take it to Klerksdorp on my expense? But the shop in Klerksdorp refuse to help me. I am retired and does not have unlimited funds. Actually I don't want this mower anymore!
