POWER TRIP ELECTRICAL - DISGRACEFUL LACK OF SERVICE!!

I received a quote from this company in December 2022 for the supply of solar panels and a lithium battery. I settled the quote within 24 hours and despite the company's technical team coming to inspect my premises early in January 2023 and numerous telephone calls to one of the owners of the company, I have yet to receive the products that I purchased. I cannot get a straight answer from this company and rue the day I engaged with them. They claim that they do not have the money to supply my products that were paid for in full, nor can they refund the money paid.

This is disgraceful!!
