Powerbite tech sold me a blacklisted phone

Powerbite sold me a black listed phone, a Galaxy S10e. I cant receive or make phone calls. I then took it into a Vodacom store to check why it aint working. The technician says that my phone is blacklisted, hence why I cannot make calls. This has been going on for 2 years now and don't know what else I can do. I recently found out that the device is an MTN unit.
