Unsatisfied customer

I have ordered a device and paid for it on the 27th July 2021 till today I have not received the device but the company policy states they deliver between 7 and 15 days. Powerbite has mislead me and when I ask for refund they emailed me back stating that finance person will contact me back but till today no one has contacted me. Powerbite does not deliver its promises to the customers. I want my money back.
