<p>I would like to thank Pp24seven for the exceptional level of customer service provided tonight. </p> <p> </p> <p>I registered as a Pp24seven user earlier this evening in order to make use of this convenient service that enables online electricity purchases. During the registration process I entered the wrong electricity provider and as a result did not receive the email containing the token for loading electricity after I made my online purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>I immediately contacted the live online help provided and gave them the reference number for my online purchase. At first I thought it was a complete joke and that I've been scammed. A person named Cameron entered the live chat and informed me that he/she is attenting to the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p> Cameron requested me to verify my email address on my Pp24seven profile and informed me that the token will be sent as soon as the verfication is received. I expressed my dismay to Cameron regarding his/her request as I was slightly annoyed at that point. He/she then went ahead and did the verification on my behalf. After my email address was confirmed he/she discovered that I entered the wrong electricity provider during registration and informed me that they made the correction on my behalf as well and that I should receive the email with my token shortly. </p> <p> </p> <p>The email was received within 5 minutes after the mistake was fixed. The entire process to resolve my problem took about 20minutes. This includes writing messages and having to check emails and my pp24seven account in between. I am incredibly impressed with the swift and professional manner in which I was assisted tonight, especially because it was done via text - it makes the interaction more difficult in my opinion. That was a job well done and my needs as a customer were completely met. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done to Pp24seven and thank you for giving me something nice to write about!</p>
