Are they scammers?

The worst service ever!!!!! We made a deposit to preller bricks and we agreed and confirmed that our delivery would take place this morning (Saturday) at 9 am. They did not deliver as promised we have been calling and texting to find out if they are on their way, no answer, only to receive a text back telling us that they can no longer make the delivery because there were no drivers, what????? When they took our money and confirmed Saturday with us, didn't they know they didn't work on weekends????? They clearly dont dont care about their customers I am extremely disappointed!!!!!
